I am looking to purchase 2 tickets to the SEC Championship football game on Dcember 6, 2008 in the Georgia Dome. I know it is a long shot but thought I would give it a try.

Did you try http://atlanta.craigslist.org? IMO That is going to be your cheapest route. The catch is you'll have to meet the person face to face and pay cash.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was able to secure two tickets at face value ($75.00 @) through a contact I have in Gainesville, FL. My 12 year old son loves the Gators despite my attempts to convert him to be an Eagle fan. On that day, I'll be wearing a Gator hat but a GSU shirt!
