NEW 2-10-09 Employment Opportunity

I am in need of an administrative assistant in the Soperton area. Full time, retirement plan through Life Ins. annuity- paid by employer, paid gov't holidays, paid individual health insurance, some travel for training required (paid of course). Must be a HIGHLY ORGANIZED, people person-we work with VERY low income people, and be able to compose a professional letter with MS Word as well as produce a newsletter each month using digital pictures. Excel experience would be a plus. This person would be my right hand and be in charge when I'm away. 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year and 2 weeks after 3 years. This is a solid fulltime job and is about as recession-proof as anything I can imagine. My last Admin. asst. had to resign due to personal medical problems. During training trips, it's almost a requirement- after hours, of course. But no, not ON the job. lol Maybe you should apply for maintenance instead, J/K

Youll have to ask Jimmy, but if you learn how to make it, you might be able to land one hell of a secretary. If I were you, I would advertise it at GSU and see if some smoking hot college girl calls you up. But thats just me.
