Just wondering if anybody has the first year football media guide that they would be willing to part with?

The question is "WHICH media guide do you consider the first"?

Most people think the first Georgia Southern football media guide is the 1982 edition with the light blue cover featuring Coach Russell, Dr. Lick and a newspaper clipping. These guides are extremely hard to come by and it would be very rare to find someone willing to part with one.

But, the "official" first media guide is a 1981/1982 guide that was produced in the Spring prior to the first season and run off on a copying machine and stapled by the Sports Information staff. It was used a the media's guide for the first days of football in Statesboro. I saw a copy of this many years ago, and as far as I know our beloved Eagle22 is the only person to have an original in his possession. At least that's what I've heard through the grapevine. This guide, if it truly still exists, would legitimately be priceless to a Georgia Southern collector.

So, whaddausay E22, do you have this Mona Lisa locked up in a safe deposit box somewhere in middle Georgia?
