Starting 3?

Who do you think will be the starting 3 in the backfield for the Eagles in 2011? Interesting because we have a very good promblem with so many horses in the stable.

A: Darrioen Robinson
B: Eastland

A coach was asked this a few days ago and he said he knew nothing about the possibility of Ealy tranfeing.

Coaches are not allowed to confirm or deny any transfer rumors until the person is enrolled.

Probably because it won't happen......does not sound anything like Monken's style. He probably will wind up at Ga. State.

I think he is crazy to transfer. Even if he is moved to the 2nd back position, he would still get a good number of carries.

This, but sub in a combo of Eastland and Fisher in for B-back. I do not think Ealey comes. And if he does, its not like we have a lack of talent here. Remember, Fisher was redshirted for a reason.

I agree, if he does come then I trust the judgement of our coach, he has shown me no reason to doubt his decision making to date. I don't think we need him and I don't want him but I think coach is a better judge than myself.

When we got a commit from Fisher I heard some great things about him but based on Brown starting last year I assumed he was 2nd out of those two because we let the best play immediately?

No matter what we have a GREAT "problem" in our backfield right now
