    Frank Wren is an executive for the Red Sox. Used to be the GM for the Braves.

    The fact that Cleve is a strict first baseman plays into it. A guy like Wren has flexibility. Can be put in all three outfield spots and can even move to first in the future. Cleveland's not playing anywhere other than first. That matters.
