    Ha! I had to look it up. I'm posting this from Tiger, Ga though and I'd bet there are a fair number of folks in Alma that have no idea where I am! And yes, they have cell service.

    Never heard of that one. I travel to a lot of small towns of for work, and I've learned about a lot of places that I had no idea existed.

    It's going way west. Boro may not have much impact at all. Chatham county is completely out of the cone now

    The cone is just where the center of the storm is. It's supposed to be a Category 2 all the way up through Valdosta. There will still be tropical storm force winds and 7-8 inches of rain in Statesboro.

    All I know is we got back from Vegas and back home, long day but great week. Will hunker down now for next 3 days.

    if they don't know where tiger is they won't know where lakemont is either.

    It's definitely looking better for coastal GA/SC than it was Wednesday when most of the tracks had it making a second landfall around the state line. Keeps shifting west.
