And that is crap. If in the flex or the gun is the same as you have pointed out, then why start 5-7 yards behind the los? If the line can't block and you start out that far back then you will lose yards and fight to get back to the los. If in the flex, you fall forward and gain 1-3 yards.

I said last year they looked fat and slow. Other than dropping a few pounds this year nothing has changed.

Sure the defense played ok but Summers isn't calling the defense.

    He's getting fired.
If this season is shot and we're headed for 0-12 like you say, then WTF is the point is making the move now instead of letting the rest of the season play out?
Hey TK! Change the culture back!

If you think TK is the reason we don't have better non-conference football schedules, see this post.

Because my point is there's nothing to lose. If you hired Cook and we showed marked improvement then you know he's your guy and you save that money you said we'd have to pay to buy him out too. If not then you know what you've got to do.

Yes. Poor blocking, about a zillion low snaps, poor tackling, esp first half, bad decisions by QB, blown coverages, missed FGs, and drive killing penalties.

Doesn't matter, you're going to lose games anyway. Seen plenty of piss poor OL play leading to **** seasons for PJ.

The scheme isn't the problem. We're not executing.

Yeah, I think the flex would help solve our problem. Some of you keep preaching that Cooks scheme is solid but poor performance on our part. If we can't produce in Cooks scheme then maybe a flex is appropriate. Cook knows flex and can implement. We keep going at this rate and you'll still be talking about how good the scheme is while our butt is continuing kicked throughout the season.

So the formation will solve our execution problems?

There is no single solution. Too many issues on this team...and yes, it all points to leadership - and there's no solving it this season - zuck it up, Eagle Faithful, we're gonna have another bad season, prob worse than last year.
