    Yep.

    Why do Tech a favor?

I think the only way we should ever do it (which I don't think we will for numerous reasons already listed) is if GT agreed to play in Paulson. It would be a homerun in revenue and would offset what we lost going to Birmingham for the UNH game. Plus it would end the season with a bit of excitement for the fan base, and who knows, maybe our guys could get "up" enough to make it a competitive game, especially considering that wed have an excellent scout over on the offensive coaching staff.

It would be good to play them.

This season is worm food anyhow-why not at least get some money?

The only good about bringing this hypothetical game to Paulson Stadium THIS season would be:

A: Tailgate 1 MORE TIME - (Drink a lot 'cause "it about to get ugly")

B: Get the P5 game at home off our back.

C: Demo/Reminder to the home croud just how dang good that Flex attack really is.

Other than that.. it would be a beat down of epic proportions and the biggest loss we've ever seen in Our House.
    NO THANK YOU.

As soon as the CCU game is over... pack it in, up. Lick our wounds, rebuild, heal and get ready for an SBC Title run next year.
YES - That's right... a title run NEXT year. (Wait, I already started the second part of #1 I guess)

    You've got a point

But GT would be much worse.

Pride comes before the fall. I doubt we could get the game but 1M+/- check probably opens up any coach on our radar and or any OC or DC we want, instead having to settle for a high school coach that failed miserably the first time he was here...

Doesn't really matter WHAT year it is when it comes to our defense and defending an option attack in recent years.
