A guy like this is likely committing to the school is my feeling, not the staff. Just judging by the timing and all.

This may be more meaningful, Mike, than you know, Sewak, certainly when looking for a new HC. Nobody likes to follow a winner.

The crazy thing is he has the best offers out of any of our recruits and is one of only two that has all FBS offers not to include some where we were their only offer....kid must really love him some GS and is a glass half full type of kid.

    The kid is smart.

Everything goes through cycles. Obviously, we are at the very rock bottom of a cycle (under the rock at the bottom.)

Sometimes, jumping into the fire is the smartest move. A move like that can be a force multiplier. He can be a real hero here, when he would get lost in the shuffle at other places.

Thinking of guys who were promised to be starters at certain big schools, and never played a single down.

    Smart kid-welcome Aboard, and GATA!
