Try signing up again through the subscription link. I just checked the panel and it hasn't charged you. If it doesn't go through, I'll see what I can do.

I just logged into paypal and my sending/receiving has been suspended until I verify my account. It was no fault on your end.

I have cleared your subscription, so when you get it taken care of on your end, just resubmit. You won't be billed twice.
