1. Eagles Tie for Seventh at Landfall Tradition

[“We played well today. All five guys shot well in the match which is a good feeling. I’m still disappointed on how we started but I feel better about our finish. I was happy to see our guys shoot the lowest round of the day,” said head coach Larry Mays. “Today we seemed more focused. We had our backs against the wall and we knew we needed to come through today.”]

2. Volleyball Outlasts Furman in Five

[“I thought we did a really good job of competing today,” said Georgia Southern head coach Chad Callihan. “We didn’t necessarily have our best volleyball early on but we fought hard and made some scramble plays to keep us in it, and as the match went along we settled down and found a good rhythm and were able to finish the match strong.”]

3. Women’s Soccer Falls to Elon 3-0

[The Georgia Southern women’s soccer team lost to Elon 3-0 Sunday afternoon at Rudd Field.]

4. Quarter Finals at ITA Southeast Regional in Athens
