1. Eagles Cruise Past Wofford, 74-53

2. Hanner Hooligan Tailgate set

[Georgia Southern Athletics is proud to announce that on Saturday, January 24th, Eagle Sports Marketing and Eagle Basketball will be hosting their annual Hanner Hooligan Tailgate. The event will take place in the parking lot of Hanner Fieldhouse. It will begin at 11 a.m. and run until 3 p.m. Eagle Sports Marketing would like to thank McDonald's and Domino's pizza for providing burgers and pizza for all guests. Also Party Harbor will be on site with their Eagle Fun Zone. All Georgia Southern students and ticket holders are invited out to the tailgate for free food and drinks in preparation for a GSU basketball doubleheader. The women will take on UNC Greensboro at 3 p.m., with the men's team following at 7 p.m. as they match up against Furman.]

3. Little Eagles Baseball Camp and Meet the Baseball Eagles schedule is set

[“Last year was the first year we had the Little Eagles Baseball and Meet the Baseball Camps, and the response from our fans and the Statesboro community was overwhelming. It has become a popular event at Georgia Southern already, and we are only into year two,” said Brent Jones, Director of Eagle Sports Marketing. “This is a great way to kick off the start of baseball season and get everyone ready for the spring.”]

4. Make sure to attend and support this year's Pack the House in Pink Game

[This year's Pack the House in Pink event has been set for January 24th when our Lady Eagles take on UNC Greensboro at 3 p.m. and our men's team faces Furman at 7 p.m. Last year was a huge success on all fronts as the women's team set the fourth-largest crowd in school history and the men drew the sixth-largest crowd, the most in over 16 years.]

5. Eagles scrap for big win
