I apologize as I know this has probably been asked 1,000 times and I'm sure the answer is on here somewhere but how did I add a pic under my profile name?

Choose 'Forum Actions' at the top of the screen, then choose 'Edit Profile'. The option to change your picture will be on the left side of the next window.
