[RB Lamar Lewis (5'8", 200) played college football for Florida State and Georgia Southern. His sophomore year at Florida State Lewis carried the ball nine times on the season for 50 yards and one touchdown. His second career touchdown was against Syracuse, where he also returned three kickoffs and averaging 19.7 yards per each return. While playing for Georgia Southern Lewis had 955 rushing yards and five touchdowns. He had 115 rushing yards against Colorado State and 204 yards against Coastal Carolina. Lewis is quick, short and stocky, which is perfect for this league," Coach Carr said.]

[Running back Lamar Lewis also agreed to terms. He was the No. 2 rusher in 2007 at Georgia Southern after spending one season at Florida State.]
