User Name and Password

Anybody know if it is possible to change your user name? Also, I have tried changing my password a dozen times. It keeps saying I am typing the new passwords wrong and it's thinking I forgot my old password (when I know I didn't). I was just curious as to how I solve that problem. Thanks for your help.
