Change Timezone?

Is there a way to change the time zone in settings when I log in? I noticed that everything is still showing in the PT instead of ET since I moved and haven't found a way to change that.

This may be different on a mobile device but...

Notifications -> Inbox -> Scroll down and to "General Settings" on left -> scroll down to Time Zone
