On Saturday, October 10, the Georgia Southern
Eagles will be playing the University of North Carolina
Tar Heels in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. On Friday
night, October 9, Southbound will be playing at The
Library and urge all Eagle fans that will be in town
to stop by. “For everybody traveling up there for the
game, it’ll be nice to have that one place to go and it
feels like home,” said Kitchens.
“I remember last year, when we played Georgia,
watching the alumni all meet up at Mellow Mushroom
and it was really cool how all the Georgia Southern
alumni stuck together. I figured that...we could do
the same thing and rally everybody from Statesboro
together and get everybody chanting “Georgia Southern”
and it’d be a good time,” said Pierce.

For a minute I thought this was about the marching band. We're making the trip up to UNC. Hopefully a bus won't blow a tire this time...

I like their sound. Would be fun to take over a bar.
