I made my subscription payment on 10/09 but I'm locked out of Eagles Nest. It was an automatic payment through Paypal.

I see I'm not the only one! I'm pretty certain mine is paid, and I'm locked out as well. Also, how do I go about changing my username? This one is a little outdated, now, lol. Probably would just change it to my Twitter handle: AU_GS_Walt
