  1. Re: Debesse Offense - Year 3 and 4 - New Mexico

I think last year just felt electric because of what the previous 2 years had been. But no it wasn’t electric. If it was then I wouldn’t have been complaining about it so much. (Smile)

    Re: DeBeese and Werts

Huh? Werts looks at only Murray on that play. It was a good throw and a nice pocket by the OL so Iím not complaining. He did the right thing. But Werts didnít do what you are claiming he did.

    Re: Option Offense

Ah gotcha. The answer is no offense is going to look good with a struggling OL. But we do nothing to help them out with the way we operate on offense strategically or with calling plays to try and...

    Re: Option Offense

Why are you guys acting like I’m saying all of our problems fall on DeBeese? No scheme is going to be great with a struggling OL. But we do very little to nothing to scheme around our OL problems. ...

You donít think an OC whose offense is 9 games into a season and has scored 3 or less TDís in 7 of those 9 games doesnít deserve some blame? Does he deserve all of the blame? Absolutely not and I...

    Re: Option Offense

Unfortunately we didn’t save talent in 2013. We did have a good bit of injuries that season but the staff definitely wasn’t planning ahead from a roster standpoint.

Sewak was sitting on a hot seat to start the 2004 season. He got himself some breathing room with the regular season of 2004 and then gave it all right back on a cold rainy night to end that season.

I haven’t heard how bad the injury is. But between injuries, suspension, and freshmen redshirting all we had available was 7.
