I've seen this topic brought up in multiple threads and posts. I'm not an expert on this with both the smartphone app and a PC but perhaps someone on here would care to drop some knowledge.

I haven't done it with my smartphone, but with the PC - click on the "..." which is the last option near the bottom of a tweet. From there, you'll see "embed" Copy and paste that into forum reply.
One thing I noticed (on Computer). When I preview my post with the embedded tweet it looks fine. Then I click to post my comment and the tweet looks screwed up. (Something that made me believe I couldn't post correctly)
But if I then reload the page, it is correctly posted.
However, if i then edit the post for any reason, it screws up the tweet permanently.

I don't think it's possible to embed from the app unfortunately.
When I get home I'll put some images together to show how to do it if no one beats me to it.
I attempted to embed a tweet on the recruiting forum just now and am not sure it's done well. I use a MacBook Air and do not see an"embed tweet" as an option from the "...." menu.
I see a "Quote Tweet" and "Copy Tweet" option.
Thoughts?
