    Guy has done what has been the best for his career since he's become a coach. Could've stayed at Tift County and probably coached there forever if he wanted to. But he steadily climbed the ladder and shipped his family to places like Orlando and Colorado.

    I'm not saying that as a bad thing at all. I'm just saying this whole "Oh, South GA guy so he's going to stay here forever and turn down big P5 jobs if he wins here" idea is probably a bit misguided.

    I said it with Fritz. I don t blame a guy for moving to P5. But I don t want them leaving to another G5. I want them to show that by committing to a sizeable buyout

    Didn't say he would stay forever. Just longer. Hopefully it takes more than Army or Tulane to lure him away.

    Unless I am totally misreading TK I think you will be seeing a large buyout for 4 years. My guess around 1 mil
