I believe it was the WKU game last year were Nick Saban got really ticked off even though they won something ike 38-10. I don't believe he was like that after any of their losses.

Contrast that to Tyson "we're 3-0, what more do you want" Summers.

Of course, no coach is going to publicly say they'd rather be the best they can be and lose than play like crap and win because your average fan is going to think that's a loser "it's not whether you win or lose but how you play the game" mentality.
Very good point that sums up the problem a lot of folks recognized early.

Well, let's just say it took Summers' teams about half a season to accumulate the mental mistakes that Monken's teams had in 4 years.

so, at least 3 additional moves are coming.

we are at 11 asst coaches and we need to be down to 10 at some point.

Also, we need an OL coach. That will raise us to 12.

Then we will need to drop 2 to get back to 10. That’s assuming the OL coach is the last new hire.

So, that means more moves to come.

His defensive teams stats look pretty good but GW has been terrible for a long, long time. Hope he truly understands GS culture i.e. WIN, win a lot and win big.

I think Lunsford is showing a propensity for hiring experience at their specialty and those who fit what we plan to do. Hence why Cook and Bodine are done. Great coaches but bad fits.

I like the hires. Coaches with years of experience and not just part of good ole boy network.

I like this hire. Experienced as a DC and makes good in game adjustments.

Also, the Magnum PI look is so IN right now!!
