    He probably wasn't too surprised. The Steelers signed a free agent safety from Green Bay (Morgan Burnett) and drafted safeties in the first and fifth rounds. Hope he catches on somewhere.

    Crazy how quickly things turn. Went from starting to being bounced around like this. Cut, signed, traded, and now cut again.
    No longer eating crow for saying "The TO is gone get over it!!"

    those are not good signs. Lets hope JJ invested his money well. He was one of my favorite Eagles.

    He will have difficulty landing a starting SS job again. As BravesBrown stated, his physicality is being phased out. If he is fluid enough, he may be able to find himself as a situational WLB. He will also have to excel on SPECIAL TEAMS

    Put him on CCL's staff as "hitting coach"

    IMO the issue is he's been mostly used as a FS, which is not his strong suit.

    This is the problem. He was inactive for stretches last year because the Steelers coaches grew weary of his special teams play and penalties.
