Both of those were expected. I am happy for both of them to get their opportunity, but will miss seeing them representing Georgia Southern.

Awesome for them but crap for us. But that's baseball it's expected after 3 years. Good luck to both on making the show in a few years.

Rodney cost Chase some money this year bouncing him back between starter and pen.

He got drafted higher than Eichhorn.
Don't choose to be annoyed. Choose to be amused.

If you think TK is the reason we don't have better non-conference football schedules, see this post.

Good, our coaches should be more concerned about winning games then individual draft stocks.

    Congrats, Brian and Chase! GATA!

As someone who isn't that familiar with the dynamics of the draft process for "America's Favorite Pastime ", what do these draft positions represent? Are these no-brainer, hell yes he's gotta take it opportunities? Or are these long-shot situations? Any signing money at all? I'm sure the contracts are modest.

Basically you don’t draft a guy in the first 10 rounds if you don’t have a confirmation they’ll sign. The teams know ahead of time on their guys in the first 10 if they’ll sign and what it’ll take.
