I think we just played awful all around. Some days that happens to very good teams.

There’s no other explanation for our losses to ga state. We should have absolutely whipped them every time. Sometimes a skunk is on your shoulder.
I think it's obvious that some teams are bad matchups against it, schematically.

Even with good execution sometimes you just run into a team that you don't match up to at all. Add less then optimal execution into the mix and it just gets worse.

Yup, it's just too hard to ignore that our two worst defensive games sans Clemson were also App's two worst defensive games last year. Unless we're to believe both defenses just happened to play their worst games against the same two teams.
Don't choose to be annoyed. Choose to be amused.

If you think TK is the reason we don't have better non-conference football schedules, see this post.

From my observation we were not prepared for a team that ran the RPO as well as ULM. We were being very resistant to get out of that cover 2. Need to run some type of variation of man coverage against RPO so DBs aren't caught with their eyes in the backfield, which is how they got their big plays.

We probably blitz 8-10 times a game. If we have more than 3 guys rushing the passer, then we are blitzing. Our base is a 3-4.

You all know Im not a X's and O's guy but I like the 3-4 but to me all levels of the 3-4 really have to play in coordination, if one of the "levels" is off, it's beatable.

Thats not how the 3-4 works. At least four rush the passer in the 3-4.
Too many Urkels on your team that's why your wins low

    Not in drop 8 coverage.

You may want to start thinking before you speak. There have been numerous times this season we have rushed only 3.

Numerous times, huh? Rushing 3 very rarely happens in the 3-4.

I really haven’t seen ‘lack of pressure’ as a big issue. We’ve played teams that seem to get rid of the ball quickly, and we’re T-55th in sacks.
