    The Alabamas, Ohio States, and UGAs won't be taking many players from us.

    Now the second-tier P5 programs like Georgia Tech, NC State, Ole Miss, and South Carolina will be quite interested in some of our players, and they'll be the ones who become the farm system for the elites.

    That's why IMO a large majority of FBS programs will oppose it, unless of course it goes to court and some POS judge decides it's oppppprreeeession that you can't transfer without sitting out one season.

    If you think TK is the reason we don't have better non-conference football schedules, see this post.

    It could be like baseball calling down to the farm league and picking up players:
    FCS = Class A
    G5 = Class AAA
    P5 = Big League
    If they don't work out send them back down and P5 keeps the scholarship.

    Take it a step further, start up a relegation-style college football association. SBNation has been simulating one for the past couple of seasons, and the results are rather interesting.

    After our gross run in 2016, we fall to Tier II, but we're in their with some other Sun Belt teams, Chattanooga (?), Missouri, Vanderbilt, and Kentucky.
