    Seems like it's appropriately sized.

If we're there we'll bring a crowd, so I'm not concerned.

Very nice looking stadium in the heart of Orlando within walking distance of Church Street with free, pre-game event featuring music, entertainment and activities and broadcast by CBS Sports. Sounds like a good move to me!

Didn't they say that the Cure Bowl averages 21,500 fans?

*A great looking 22,000 - 25,000 seat stadium. If GSU could attend the Cure Bowl do you think that the GSU fans would travel well to Orlando or stay home and watch it on CBS Sports.

**How many fans do you think Georgia Southern would muster to the Bowl on December 21, 2019 at 2:30 p.m ?

Thanks Valley Boy for the update!

Huh... wonder how that will work out.

Gopher- 4Life from the Gopher Hole states -

Every damn team in FBS should get to play in a “bowl game” every year.

    Easy, correct argument:
    - they’re essentially just exhibition games, so why do you care so much??
    - if it really bothers you that much, then call them something other than a bowl game, again who cares? Call it a post-season contest, whatever
    - for the ones that don’t have an actual bowl site to host, let just them play it at a campus site
    - most critically — this gives every team access to the essential “second spring ball” 15 practices that go with a bowl game. The teams that need them the most, aren’t allowed to have them!

How about calling a team worthy of post season play from the begging of your new season practices, through your conference and OOC schedule. A bowl bid should be for teams that deserve recognition for their good work throughout the season.

Maybe all bowls with teams that go 5-7 or less should be sponsored by some slub, but these bowls should be called subpar bowls or toilet bowls. Like the Tightly Bowl super toilet scrub bowl. Each team should be given $30,000 for a buses ride & food and bring only 30 players. The players from each team can sleep & eat on the buses.
If you're looking at all the TV sports channels to have 65 FBS bowl games to cover, especially with P5 teams with 5 wins or less, whats in it for them to broad cast the dregs of FBS for those teams teams with 5 and under wins, I doubt those extra bowls for the weak would pay enough for the 2 P5 teams to travel. I doubt many locals would attend and pay to watch those games so what you have is a large amount of money from the bottom paying out for the trip and going into the red!

Theres the new three way bowl sponsored by playboy. It will use a triangle field that features 2 balls and a mix of offense and defense for both teams at the same time.
