I can’t believe we got the SCC for 70000 a year. That guy was huge last year, I’m glad to see him get a jump in salary and hopefully will get an even bigger jump after this coming year. Glad to read about the positive increases across the board. Thanks to all who give to the CCF.

Saw a tweet we went from 9th to 7th. Still a long ways to go for our fanbase. No reason we should be outside the top 3.

That was just the S&C coach pay. Yes I agree, but we're at $2.1 million total compensation for the coaching staff. I did not see where that ranked in the conference but I think it's up there.

There is no way that 2 mil is the 7th highest in the conference.

These numbers are several years old, but you have to remember all but one SBC school has made at least 1 coaching change since then.

I agree, that's what I was looking at.

    If you look here:
    https://sports.usatoday.com/ncaa/sal...ball/assistant

In 2018, the highest assistant pool was ~1.7 mil at ULL.

We are currently at ~$1.4 mil total which would put us in the top 3 (ULL/Troy/GS).

Now obviously, that's based on last year's numbers so we'll have to wait until everything is compiled again for this year.

I thought 7th highest was referring to Matt’s salary

Oh ok makes a lot more sense now. Thank you everyone for clearing that up. The article and a tweet from SMN is what had me thinking 7th overall assistant salary wise. Not just for that position.
