Man I remember seeing a photo shopped picture of Paulson from overhead a few years ago where they connected each side by horseshoeing the Bishop endzone. It looked pretty incredible. But we're a long ways from there.

I think that's just student overflow if needed. The only grass seats are season tickets only on the press box/Bishop grass.

I don't think we are as far from that as you might think. If we have some consistency and keep Lunsford and make a habit out of winning 9-10 a year, we'll need the extra room. We were on a roll attendance-wise before the Summers debacle. I don't see any reason that we can't get back to that. If we get our average up to 20K per game (and 25K for big games), I think we need to pull the trigger and close in the Bishop side. The problem is going to be paying for it, because we all know how good we are at donating money....

I feel like we will see attendance really do much better.

If we see this momentum continue, we will knock off a P5 or two.

Just bad luck has kept us from doing that to GT and UGA already.

When that happens, watch out! People will start to really take notice.

I think we are a real threat against Minn this year. I really think we are.

Y'all continue to believe in the "Beat Minnesota" dream. That level of blind optimism is inspiring.

Buzz, you still haven’t eaten your crow from when you said we would lose to App by 40.

The other curious thing is that they think it will make such a big difference to the program if we do win.

Actually, our side has all the facts on it while your side has "weeeeeeelll turnover luck and 2-10 in 2017!"

How did multiple decades of being the best team in the state help Southern Miss?
