Though that's obviously an example where we were clearly the best team in the country but our walk-on linebackers just couldn't stop Marcell Shipp (that aspect of the game gets overlooked for the 7 turnovers).

BTW, this might be an unpopular opinion, but I don't think a UGA win would be this life-changing win a lot of people think it would, though obviously it wasn't a good feeling at all.
I still go with '98 UMass. Another 15-0 season would have been great.

And that's the one I most feel that we blew.

There are several good options, but that one game would have meant a lot for us.

Second place would be 2012 NDSU. Third would be 2014 GT.
    Yep.

    Definitely UGA.

OT still was a massive earthquake.

Those sissies won't play us again.

I wish they would man up enough to schedule us again. I think we legitimately are more of a threat now than GT. (And they call that a "rivalry" for some reason..)

If sports reporters didn't drink the bathwater of the UGAs of the world, one of them would actually put Smart on the spot about why he is scared of us. (And yes. He very much should be.)

If he were half a man, he would cinch that tennis hat down real tight and schedule a home-and-home.

UGA by a long shot, followed by GT.

I think wins in 2004 and 2012 would have led to eventual titles with those teams.

    GT would have been nice.....

But no one would have noticed.

I talked to 3 GT alums over the last month or so about their new coach.... Or, I tried to.

Two didn't know they had a new coach, and one didn't know they had a football team.

(Seriously, GT has awful fans. Not sure you could say they actually have football fans.)

Top 3..... UGA 2015. 1998 U Mass then the 2001 Furman. PJ worst coaching day. We had an OL field the 2nd half kickoff and fumbled. It had leaked out PJ was going to Navy, the team was so demoralized.

Maybe hesitate a little since we played them in 2004.

no brainer, NC State along with GT. BOTH games WE HAD. Those two wins that season would have been huge for our future. Currently, it remains back to the drawing board and keep on plugging!
