    What we were doing in the South Alabama game on offense is now starting to make a little more sense. The people who thought the offensive installation of the offense was done last year or in this year's preseason camp were wrong. The stretch of games from South, the bye week, Coastal, and NMSU was apparently us biting the bullet and finishing the job. Bob DeBesse said himself in the spring wrap-up that "we're so far from being a complete offense" and that should've really tipped me of.

    You don't have to be impressed (and shouldn't be impressed) with the offensive production in the last 6 games at face value, but if you can't find hope for what we've done with at least 6 scholarship offensive linemen lost since the beginning of the season, well I don't know what to tell you. IMO if you take better IZ execution with what should be a significantly better line combined with how we're throwing the ball now I think we can be really good on offense next season.
