    Why would I?

I do 1K pushups+sit-ups before noon. I flip tractor tires and run sprints after work.
    Thanks, Rastabot!

I wonder what the NCAA is going to say about equipment, gym time , etc for workouts? You know we wouldn't near the equipment a UGA or UF would have to loan out. The players and coaches are going to have some serious dedication to working out.

I agree with the above workout. tractor tires can be found everywhere. 5 gallon buckets of sand, heavy ropes, Wear a harness dragging tires was also a Herschel workout. He just added more tires when it got to easy. Running in sand and agility drills are easy to set up. Those that want it will find a way. Erk use to send out a calendar each month with workouts and Do Right sayings for each day during the summers.

I do 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 air squats, and run 10 kms....Every. Single. Day.

I also NEVER use air conditioning (AC or Heat) because it makes you weak.

That's how you get in tip top shape like me. Only side effect is that working out this hard makes your hair fall out.

Lawn mowing day today! Front and back. It has gotten to be my most exciting day of the week. 1)mow lawns, 2) pick weeds, 3) water said lawns, 4) pick weeds, 5) repeat cycle. There, my virus workout. Lots of squats while picking those weeds.

I substitute picking up pine cones for picking weeds. Hundreds of pine cones.

Exactly why I bought a house in a neighborhood with no trees. No pinestraw, no leaves, easy maintenance. Nice and flat and easy to mow. Almost bought a flipped house and the owner was willing to cut down 13 trees and grind stumps. Causes more issues especially with roots and the grass/driveway, plus the always potential of a tree falling and damaging the home. Some people are like it gives shade, a proper insulated house gives you "shade" even better. lol
