PAC-12 had already been on the shifting to spring convo....apparently the MWC have had those discussions with them as well to be able to provide OOC games if they do shift.

No, in a cave or burrow. :-)

The reality of the situation is that college athletes pretty much have zero chance of becoming seriously ill with coronavirus. But they are going to spread it to one another if sports are played. It could be done without endangering them. What you then have to ask the athletes to do is not go visit grandparents or potentially parents until two weeks after their season is over. You just can’t do that.

pac12 and big ten...a bunch of lib schools. Anybody shocked they tapped out first?

The SEC has the opportunity to lead here and play the conference season despite all of the nonsense and panic around them.

    LawL.

Well, if we're ranking the Power 5 leagues according to which governors or local leaders will make it the hardest:
    1. Pac-12
    2. B1G
    3. ACC
    4. SEC
    5. Big 12

Boise Idaho is getting clobbered by the Rona. I hope this turns around quickly.

Iowa State estimates $40 million loss with no fall sports.

And this is why every effort will be made (at least by FBS teams) to have the season.

Navy AD intends to play Army-Navy game.
